One of the perks of my fairly new freelance life is the ability to carve out time to read. I'll be honest, I used to be "I only read books on planes (or at pools)" girl. That was fine, but a slow process. I've since done a complete 180 and now I'm reading daily! Perhaps it was my new schedule that allowed for the shift, but really it was having great, interesting, inspiring books to read.
You make time in your life for what is important to you. These days, soaking in little nuggets of inspiration on a daily basis (even if only one chapter a day) is very important to me. If you're looking for your next plane read or you're ready to be an everyday book worm like myself, I've listed my top 5 favorites below to get you started.
+ please let me know what you think and what needs to be next on my list!! xo
